Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®) was developed by the late Dolores Cannon over more than 50 years ago. Her career involved inducing an individual into a deep relaxing state of trance through visualization.
Exploring with clients in this state she discovered an infinitely knowledgeable and powerful aspect of each individual that can be contacted and communicated with, that is always present with us and exists just below the surface of our conscious mind. We call it the Subconscious, Higher Self, Over Soul and so on. This source has the answers to any questions we may have about ourselves or the life we are living.
QHHT® achieves the deepest level of hypnosis possible, the Somnambulistic level of trance. The Somnambulistic state is ordinarily experienced two times a day: just before becoming awake and just before falling asleep. Most hypnotists do not work in the Somnambulistic level, either because they don’t have the ability to access this level of trance, or they are wary of working in the most mysterious level of hypnosis, which can produce unexpected results, such as reliving a past life. Dolores Cannon’s curiosity and fearlessness about the unknown and untried has ensured her enduring legacy as a pioneer in past life regression who continues to pave the way for QHHT® Practitioners now and in the future with her QHHT® classes!

A session consists of 3 parts.
The interview. The interview is an important part of the session. It allows the practitioner to get to know the client, establishes trust, prepares the client for hypnosis and helps the practitioner know what questions to ask the subconscious during the hypnosis session. The interview helps the client to be prepared for the hypnosis portion by helping them to relax, let go, and trust the process.
Hypnosis. QHHT® is a form of hypnosis used to access that all-knowing part of ourselves that has been called the Super Conscious or Higher Self. When our soul comes to Earth, we forget our previous lives and connection to Source. QHHT® enables all people from any background, culture, religion or belief system to engage with the Super Conscious. The SC is that greater part of ourselves that is always connected to Source and has unlimited knowledge and an unlimited ability to heal the physical body.
Post hypnosis. After hypnosis, the practitioner discusses with the client interesting insights that were discovered during the hypnosis portion. The post hypnosis time gives the client time to reorientate themselves from the deep state of relaxation they were in, and allows the practitioner to ensure the client has fully come back to an active state of conscious awareness and can safely continue with other daily activities.

During the session the subconscious will select a past, future or current period of time or event to show you. The subconscious will only choose to share information that is appropriate and of benefit to the client.
The time chosen by the subconscious to be shown is always relevant and important to the client's current life. During the session the subconscious answers questions the client has prepared. Answers to these questions can provide meaningful insights to difficult challenges the client is currently experiencing. The subconscious can also heal the client of many issues. However, healing can only occur if an individual wants to be healed and if it does not interfere with the goals of their lifetime.

The hypnosis part of the session has 5 stages.
Relax - Lie down, get comfortable, breath deeply and relax.
Induction - This stage helps you get into a theta state.
Regression - Your subconscious will take to you important times and places that provide answers for your current life. Trust that where you go, and what you see will provide valuable information for you in this life.
Subconscious - The practicioner will ask to speak to the subconscious. This is where the questions you prepared will be asked.
Coming Out - If you want to do this again, I will establish a key word that is used during your next session to help you get into a deep theta state quickly. I will then go through a serious of steps to safely bring you to an active state of conscious awareness.

No. QHHT is "Self-Hypnosis". The hypnotist cannot program or force you to do anything against your will. While under hypnosis, the client is in full control of the experience.

QHHT places the client into a Somnambulistic level of trance (Theta). Remembering what was said during a hypnosis session will vary with each client, depending upon the level of trance they were in. If a client is unable to remember what transpired while in a hypnotic state, he/she can listen to the session recording to get all the details.
-

Most client's only need one session. While a client can receive more than one session, it generally takes 3-days for the body to accept and adjust to your hypnosis session. Therefore, we will not accept return sessions within 3 days of your last session.
Most returning clients receive sessions on a yearly basis.
-
We encourage our clients to listen to their session at least once a day for the first 2 weeks after their session. However, listening to your session weeks, months and years after the session can help reinforce the suggestions given during the hypnosis session. We will ask your higher self how often you should listen to it moving forward.
-
The best time to listen to your hypnosis audio recording is when you go to bed, and are falling asleep.
